Client usage of my services does not always reflect my own personal views. I am responsible only for the finished product itself.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read through and accepted all terms and conditions described within the terms of service. Violation of any part of the terms of service will result in blacklisting from my services indefinitely.

Commercial media usage is included in pricing. This covers using my work for posts, videos, streaming, or visuals with the purpose of monetization.

I retain copyright to my work for the purposes of expanding my portfolio and advertising my services. Copyright can be purchased under certain circumstances for 100% of the total commission price.

You may not re-sell or re-purpose my work without my express permission.

You may not use my work for any AI (training or generative creation), NFT, or Cryptocurrency purposes under any circumstances.

All payments will be in USD through PayPal.

Services are non-refundable once services are started. Partial refunds are only provided in the instances that I cannot complete the agreed upon commission for any reason other than termination of services, or if services were delayed beyond a reasonable degree.

You are required to contact me if you need to cancel a commission in progress. Please do not issue a chargeback. I will promptly send any agreed upon refunds from my end.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a commission will result in blacklisting from my services.

Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. I reserve the right to blacklist anyone from my services over harassment.

I reserve the right to deny or refuse commission requests for any reason.

I reserve the right to cancel services prior to payment being made. Any cancellations will be clearly communicated to the client as early as possible. This protects me in the case of emergencies or unavoidable life events.

I retain the right to terminate services in progress if a client is harassing or inappropriate towards me.

In the case that a client pays half price up front and does not pay the other half 1 week from the second invoice being sent, services will be terminated, and the client will receive the work that was paid for.

If a client does not provide timely communication regarding revision requests, I will continue the work as is and the client loses out on providing input.

If a client violates any part of the terms of service at any time, any current projects with them will be terminated and the client will be blacklisted. The termination of services does not entitle you to refunds or partial refunds.

I require clear, written credit anytime my work is posted or in use. This should be in your social media bios, about pages, and/or post descriptions wherever applicable, and should link back to me. Model debuts also require clear, written credit.

You are not authorized to change, modify, or edit my work in any way without my express permission.

You are not authorized to trace my work or attempt to take credit for my work under any circumstances.

Deadlines cannot be hastened after services have started.

Minor adjustments may be made according to feedback during progress updates. Client is limited to small changes or adjustments to commissions. Larger requested changes or adjustments will come with an additional fee that will be discussed. This protects me from suspicious intent or activity.

Deliverable model files will not include the .cmo3 project file. This is to protect the integrity of my work from suspicious intent or activity. The project file may be purchased for 100% of the total commission price. However, in the case that clients want to work with another rigger for additions or upgrades to their models, I am potentially willing to share the project file directly with a credible, experienced rigger.

Any desired add-ons to my completed work once finished may be scheduled, but all current commissions will take priority over add-ons.

Read through the terms of service. By submitting a commission request, you are agreeing to all of my terms of service.

Send me a commission request using the form below. You can also send me an email regarding any questions you may have regarding commissions.

If I approve your request, I will contact you within one week and provide a final quote after confirming design and commission details. If I do not hear back within a week, I will have to move on to a different request.

If you choose to move forward, you can either pay up front and in full, or pay 50% up front and 50% later at an agreed upon date. You will receive an invoice through PayPal and will have 1 week to pay. Services will not start until the invoice is paid.

If you choose the payment plan, work is completed up to a halfway point. Work will not resume until the second half is paid.

You can generally expect services to be completed between 1-2 months of starting date. This will be discussed upon initial communication. Updates will be provided every 2 weeks, but you as the client can ask for updates at any time! Please be considerate and reasonably expect to be replied to within 1-2 business days.

Any delays will be clearly communicated and discussed with the client as soon as possible.

You will be sent a link to a google drive folder containing your files. This will not include the .cmo3 file unless requested and paid for.
